Fine Arts

Students will continue to work with the art elements and be introduced to the principles

of art, balance, rhythm, pattern, contrast, unity, movement and emphasis. Students will explore

color theory, basic perspective, still life, landscapes and portrait. Artists such as Georgia

O’Keeffe, Paul Cezanne, Albert Bierstadt, Picasso, Leonardo da Vinci and Bridget Riley will be

introduced.
